Components:

  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with their juice
  • 2 zucchini, decrease into 1-accelerate rounds

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground shadowy pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 to 6 slices toasted sourdough bread, now not obligatory for necessary dish
