Ingredients:
- 1 cup dried lima beans
- 1/2 cup dill, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, finely chopped

- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Water, as needed
Instructions:
- Soak the lima beans in water overnight.
- Drain and rinse the lima beans, then transfer them to a pot. Cover the beans with water and bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the beans are tender, about 1 hour.
- In a separate pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook until it is translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
